Overnight drops — HP OmniBook £699, Dyson Ball Animal £279

Overnight into 2 September was Currys-heavy: a 14-inch HP, a Dyson upright, a kids Fire tablet and a tank printer, plus a John Lewis pushchair bundle still on extra 10% until close of play today.

Currys has the HP OmniBook 5 NGAI 14-inch laptop (Intel Core Ultra 5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Silver) at £699, was £999. That is £300 off, 30%. Core Ultra 5 and 16GB is a commuter spec, not a workstation. £699 is the number that matters; treat £999 as Currys’ ceiling, not a street you ever paid.

The Dyson Ball Animal multi-floor upright in Copper and Silver is £279 at Currys, was £379. £100 off, 26%. It is the older ball chassis, not a Gen5detect. £279 is in the right band if you still want bags-out Dyson suction without a stick.

Currys also listed the Amazon Fire HD10 Kids 10.1-inch tablet 32GB Blue at £120, was £200. Forty percent on the ticket. 32GB and the kids bumper is the 2023 set. £120 is a known sale price; £200 is Amazon’s list, not a miracle.

John Lewis has the iCandy Peach 7 pushchair and accessories bundle in Truffle at £674.10, reduced to clear from £1,249, with extra 10% until 2 September. Biggest cash cut on the overnight board. A Peach 7 bundle at £674 is the figure; £1,249 is iCandy list, not High Street street.

Currys has the HP Smart Tank 6005 wireless all-in-one inkjet at £179, was £249.99. About £71 off, 28%. Tank printers make sense if you print a lot; £179 is a fair cut on this 6005, not a giveaway.
