Dyson CameraJet toothbrush launches in the UK at £419.99

Dyson’s first electric toothbrush, the CameraJet, went on sale in the UK on 1 September 2026. The Ceramic Ultra Blue model (SKU 655724-01) is £419.99 on Dyson UK, in stock with Add to basket live. Ceramic Pink is listed too. PR Newswire put the launch out this morning; Forbes and GB News both reported the same £419.99 UK price. This is not a vacuum accessory. It is Dyson’s first oral-care device.

The CameraJet’s pitch is a 100,000-pixel macro camera in the head and Gap Optical Targeting. It analyses 28 images a second. When it sees a gap, a conical mouthrinse jet fires within 100 milliseconds. Dyson’s claim is up to 69% more plaque removed than market-leading premium electric toothbrushes in hard-to-reach areas. That is a manufacturer figure, not a Which? verdict. Keep it in that box until independent UK tests appear.

Brushing is variable sonic oscillation at 245Hz. Modes are Auto-jet and Brush, Auto-jet only, or Brush only. MyDyson can show a live view over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth. Runtime is up to 10 days if you do two minutes twice daily. Charge time is eight hours. The handle weighs 0.228kg.

A 12.5ml anti-gravity tank sits under the compact dual-bristle head. The 3-in-1 dock refills it in about three seconds. In the Dyson UK box: the CameraJet, two dual-bristle heads, the anti-gravity tank, the refill dock with reservoir cap and base plate, a travel case, a lithium-ion battery, and a USB-C to Pogo-pin cable.

Consumables on the same Dyson page as of 1 September 2026: 3-month dual-bristle heads at £24.99; a 9-month pack at £69.99; Low-foaming mouth rinse 500ml at £9.99; Non-foaming toothpaste 90ml at £5.99. Those running costs matter more than the launch-day theatre. Foaming paste will fight the camera. Dyson’s own low-foam kit is priced accordingly.
